Stubbed barrel smokeless muzzleloader makes meat

Saturday afternoon, 13 yard shot.

Barrel created by removing the shank from a marlin 1895 45-70 barrel and stubbing it into a h&r 12ga pardner barrel. It shoots both 280g RFN and 250g JFN into less than 2" groups at 100 yards. The furniture is off a h&r 58 cal smokepole.

Yes, jacketed flat nose. Dennis Kratz (vendor sponsor - fury custom bullets) made them for me and i wanted to do a "fur" test with one of them. I have a mold that casts a 280g LRFN that works well in this MZ too.

I think the bullet passed the test.
