Can Use Help With TaurusArmed Gun Forum

Hi, All -

I could use a hand from anyone here who is also a member of the Taurus Gun Forum. I lost my password and have gone through the Taurus website temp password process dozens of times to no avail.

After going through the steps, the site says a temp password is being sent to me but it never, ever arrives. I've also messaged their administrator several times with no response.

If anyone here is a member, could you log on and contact an administrator about my problem and need for assistance? And please ask that I be emailed a temp password?

My username on the Taurus forum is the same as on this one: Bayou52

My email address is: cerioad@aol.com

I've done this for others in the past with good results, so I'm hoping the same could happen here.

You should also check your SPAM folder for your email address, if ya have one. Those "lost" emails may be going there. Your spam email "filter(s)" may think it is some company sending you spam, when it actually something you want.

Actually, I routinely check the spam folder with no respnse from Taurus. Very puzzling why I get absolutely no response at all!

Well, today, I put a call through to the Taurus customer service line. I was on hold for an hour before I just abandoned the effort! So, no luck contacting customer service by phone.

So, if anyone here is a member of the TaurusArmed Gun Forum, could you log on and contact an administrator about my problem and need for assistance? And please ask that I be emailed a temp password?

While I am not a member of TaurusArmed dot net, since you have attempted "their" lost password recovery path, and failed...I would just re-registor with your old user ID with lostpassword (ei" Bayou52lostpassword). Then first thing you do is send a Admin or super Mod a PM telling them your story.

ISSUE SOLVED!

I was contacted by an administrator via my email, and a new password was provided. I logged on and created my own new password.
