    Grip ID

Picked these up on a spare 3 screw XR3 grip frame. They feel lightweight like plastic and not heavy like bone/antler. Trying to figure out make on them for curiousity sake. Previous owners thinks they may have been Ajax grips

Ok. So what do I have? Real? Fake? What is the quality considered?

They look kind of fake to me. I do work with giraffe bone, and a chunk that big is certainly not light like plastic.

That confirmed my suspicions. Had a friend ask about them. I may just give them to him. I learned something about grips. Thanks everyone.

I am sure they are a man made product. There is some desire among cowboy shooters for the stag look.

They are high quality plastic grips. Impervious to the elements, good for rough duty.
