WTS- Pietta 1863 .31 Pocket Remington Black Powder Revolver (FL)

    Hello everyone!
Today I'm listing a 1863 Pocket Remington by Pietta. This one is used and is in good shape, the action is tight and crisp. I have a bunch of photos uploaded to show more details. I'm asking $200 and free shipping right to your door.
First "I'll take it" get's it.
    Thanks for looking!

Just curios as to why the rear of the cylinder is not finished - or at least it appears that way in the photos. Looks like the rear 1/3 has no blue and certainly too wide for a uniform drag line. Any I've ever seen - brasses or steel - the entire cylinder is blued? Yet your photo showing the cylinder upright looks like the rear of the cylinder - i.e. nipple cups, etc. appear to be blued? is it just the way the photos turned out or was the bluing removed for some reason? Thnx.

    Hello,
Yes, the rear of the cylinder has some wear right near where 'cylinder rings' usually occur, and the bluing is intact at the very rear of the cylinder. The whole cylinder is blued, but that area is showing some wear to the finish. Not sure why it is like this.
