    Herters 9 ton press help

A friend of mine gave me his late fathers swaging equipment. It is a Herters 9 ton press (thanks to the forum for helping me identify it) with dies for .38/.357, .22, .308, .44 and .45 colt. The problem is that the die sets are complete except for the .45 colt. It is missing the nose forming die.
How do I get a .45 colt nose forming die for the old Herters press?

Also can anyone provide some information on how to set the press up? I have not done swaging before but now with this hardware I will be.

I can make a SWC nose punch!
I would like pics and dimensions of the 22 cal nose punch and ejector punch. I made a die and punches but it doesn’t work right.

Here is the 55 grain .224 that the dies produce.

I'll take some measurement and post them soon.

You'll have to do some math to figure out the tip length and angles. My calipers won't measure well in that small area.

I'll try to come up with better drawings in the next few days.

Any help with a manual on what this press can do?
