once upon a time I was a competitive and OCD shooter this are from that time
I have 10 lots of 100 rds each once fired fully match prepped 308 (7.62x51) LC Brass
all the Match prep done to these cases
resized (RCBS full length dies)
trimmed
deburred, chamfered inside and out
pockets reamed
flash holes deburred
Been setting in a Ammo box for about 10-15 years .. need to move
it

I just bought a couple of 243 uppers. I would assume I could just full length size these in my die and be good to go? Never tried to downsize before but have tried 270's to 35 whelen with a handfull of casings with some luck.

You would need to trim again as the neck length will grow. Other than that you should be good to go

no all brass.. Its strange how the angle of the camera can change the color .
both pics are of the same container.. taken in the same place in same light
I would say the color is between the first and the second pic ..

You may need to turn or ream the necks, they can get thicker.
