i finally got to trick out this gun with its trigger/hammer fix by adding henry's scope base and hammer spur, and an SWFA ss 12x42 scope, which looks Huge compared to what it's perched on. i've used these scopes on more than a few rifles with great success and hopefully it'll give me some good consistent accuracy out between 300 and 700 yards. weeks ago i got to break in the barrel a bit with 55 rounds of varget powder under sierra 69 grain match kings and towards the end i was getting just under 1moa at 100 yards. that's about it for shooting this year, will pick back up come spring.
