    Me and Lee screw up

I ordered a 6 banger from Lee and hit the wrong key and this is one that you can't return. It is marked .434 so told the son he could have it for his 44 Mag. I cast a few to make sure it was as marked, well it isn't it cast a perfect .359 boolit 147 gr so i can use it any how in my 38 specials.

If the mold was mismarked as for it's size ,I would contact Lee and explain the situation unless your satisfied with it the way it is. I do all my purchase's through Titan Reloading. They usually have anything I need in stock and they are great people to work with. I have gone to the store several times before opening time and when they saw a customer waiting for opening, they opened early. I was content to wait in the parking lot until the 9:00 o'clock time. I buy my primers and powder from them ( in store only sales on powder and primers).

If it is mismarked, I'd call Lee. It should matter what you attempted to select from the discontinued list. Mismarked is mismarked.

The fault was 1/2 mine as I hit the wrong button, the mis marked was a blessing as I couldn't use the mold as I ordered wrong, I can use the mold I got. So all is well I will call Lee but do not want to give them the mold back.

Lee no longer has the "custom overrun 6 cavity bullet mold" for sale list on their webpage.
I'm wondering if they sold them all?
Or if they had enough problems selling these 'rejects' (my word), that they decided it wasn't worth it.

Well finally got to the range, the boolit preformed great better than the 158 RN and 170 SWC so my mistake and LEE's turned out good.

That is a copy of the lyman 429303av if memory serves... a very fun boolit for the 44 mag... I have had lots of fun making holes in stuff... it’s a keeper. Looks like your is PB with a bigger lube groove.

I have the NOE version of that mould that makes 4 GC'd bullets at a time. It is a bit strange with out a lot of shoulder but it seems to work OK.
