    Thanks everyone. It's warehouse/forklift work so it shouldn't be very physically demanding.
    On a side note I found a nice place to shoot out in the desert today.

    I retired doing 4 10's. It was a half hour drive to work, on holiday weeks we did 4 8's and a holiday. It felt like it was hardly worth going in for 8.

    When I worked Four ten hour days, we figured out, with holidays and vacation time, we were away from work more days than we were reporting to work. Loved it every weekend was three days off, holiday weekends four days.
