    Those Sinclair primer pocket uniformers look efficient. Not cheap though, but what is these days. The only reservation I have, is if you use them for cleaning all the time, you might end up taking off a lot of brass.

    Any brass it takes off, probably should be taken off. As the case is fired over and over, primer pockets slowly get shallower. If they get too shallow, the seated primer sticks out a little, and various other things can go wrong.

    I didn’t know that primer pockets grew like that. I guess that’s a good reason to buy one. Thanks for the info.

    Went to the local Ace Hardware and bought 3 feet of 1/8" diameter steel cable. Came home and chopped it into 3/4" lengths. Chuck it in a Dremel tool and it works great and I have at least a 5 years supply./beagle
    diplomacy is being able to say, "nice doggie" until you find a big rock.....
