I bought it for a Sillhouette gun. It will never see the woods.
A beauty, form following function.
Today is the first day I have had time to really shoot the Steyr. Some intresting results. Playing with the regulator I had a low of 606 with a 10.34 gr pellet and a high of 915 with a 13.43gr pellet with some more adjustment avalible.
Thats a high of 25fpe . it seemed to eat air at that power. Maybe 30 shots.
Accuracy is good but not stellar. I'm going to try some 8ish gr pellets.
Not sure where it will end up but so for the gun is really nice.
It's really a chassis gun with a stock added. I'm not find of the look but it works. The gun shoulders very well and is comfortable to shoot. I have a lot of guns with nice triggers. This one is way above anything I have ever shot. It's so smooth that lts hard to describe.
It seems like I have found success with the HN Barricuda 10.65 at 800-825fps.
It really does not like JSB.
The crossman heavies do pretty well.
