^ link. I never win these. Probably low odds, but maybe y’all will have better luck. I sure would like to test out the new XD 10mm! Hopefully it has good case support and rifling for cast boolits. Mods please move if this isn’t the right place; just thought I’d share.
I can attest to how well the XD line from Springfield handles cast boolits in 9mm and 45ACP. Mine shoot great. I haven't had any case bulges in mine that I know of and I reload all my cases.
My XDM 10mm has great case support.
Looks the same as my Sig 220 or my KKM barrel in my G20.
Mine’s low mileage at the moment, couple hundred rounds, but flawless. Haven’t rested it nor shot over 50 yards. But it seems to make hits comparable to my Sig 220. I’m very pleased. Waiting on night sights now.

Yep the tiny bit of case showing is less than half the height of the primer, so that’s solid brass there.
I think the XDM is much more pistol than my G20.
The Springfield has a mag release on both sides, metal sights, better grip angle, smaller grip girth, tighter chamber, better rifling (polygonal strips at 1200 fps in my G20 but the cut rifling holds in excess of 1350 fps), and better chamber support. Also I’m a big fan of the grip safety in case I knock it and my glasses off the nightstand at the same time, the XDM won’t fire, G20 could.
