Eggs, cheddar cheese a can of corned beef hash and a lb of home made breakfast sausage all cooked up and put in borito shells and baked till they started turning brown in the edges. Then I ladeled some sausage gravy over the top. Pretty darned good breakfast if i have to say so myself.

Ive tried to explain to her that hash is just corned beef and potatoes but she says it looks like dog food and wont eat it!

I make my own sausage and sausage gravy. For the most part just fried sausage milk flour and a bit of black pepper.
next time I think ill fry some onion up and throw that and some mushrooms in too.
