Which is the best lube to use for fluxing the lead melt?
I have old sticks of bullet lube, bee's wax and paraffin/candle wax.

Any of the stuff you mention will work just fine.
Just use the one you have the most of, or use the least.
Set the smoke on fire to help eliminate the fumes.
Bee’s wax best IMHO
Everything you listed will work fine. A lot of casters prefer beeswax but I've used everything you mentioned with good results.
Thanks Guys
Looks like I am set up for a while.

As I’m lubing and sizing with my Lyman 450s I always seem to get little dribbles of excess lube sneaking out. I just gather these up and toss them someplace handy then roll them into pea-size balls to drop in and flux a pot of alloy. I totally ignore which lube it is, they all seem to work just about as well.
