Shoot the largest bullet which will chamber in your gun. CIP and NATO chambers are larger. SAAMI is tighter.

Usually .358 in CIP and NATO barrels, .356-.357 in SAAMI.

My 9mm pistols are all over the map in terms of barrel diameter. My advice follows Outpost75's - pick the largest that will chamber. For my Beretta 92 that works out to .358".

My 9 molds I use as cast. They come out around .357 to .358.i only have three nines but .358 fits in my Bretta and star. My high point will shoot .358 bullets but hangs up some times .357 works better.

My guns get from .356" to .358"+ (often just under .359"), depending on what the barrel slugs out to...

After you choose what size bullets you want to use, size some bullets and measure them.
I have a sizing die that is marked .357", but actually sizes the bullets to .356". I had leading in my barrel and didn't know why until I actually measured my bullets. Went to .358" and everything works good now.

Had a custom expander plug made since the Dillon one that came with my dies/press is for FMJ boolits. This caused my cast boolits to be swaged smaller than sized.
With the custom plug, which is 2 thou bigger than the factory one, I can now shoot my cast boolits which is sized to .3575, and the barrel remains shiny, no traces of any leading, accuracy is great too.

Well, I'm running 6 Rugers, and 2 S&W pistols. All at .357. Works for me.
