    Congratulations Nosler

You have reinvented the XP-100 at 3x-4x the price. WOO HOO! I'm excited! NOT. I didn't think it was possible, but they are even more ugly then my beloved old XP-100s.

    YEP,
    BUTT UGLY

I WANT ONE. Are they available in 7mm TCU ?

My DAD had one of the OLD XP-100's in 221 Fireball. It was a fun little gun. I had one in the early 1990's in .35REM. Sold it to buy MORE cowboy guns.

Thanks for the link Luckydawg. I woud just buy a used XP100 if I was into handrifles. Too bad NFA forbids making our own from existing inexpensive rifles.

    I once owned an XP100 in .223 with a 14 inch barrel.

That was the ugliest, most unbalanced, and awkward firearm I ever owned. Sold it.

A Ruger Hawkeye Compact rifle with a 16" barrel would be far better, and a whole lot cheaper.

Looks a little awkward, and I think it would be better if the bolt was left handed, but that's just my opinion.

I got my PawPaw's rem XP-100 in .22-250 with a LER 3-12 Burris on it. Not crazy about it....but it reminds me of him.

UGLY! The colors have upset my stomach having just eaten dinner. If it was left either black or Rem. brown it might not be quite that terrible.Robert

All it takes is a $200.00 stamp and several months wait. Remington sells new 700 actions minus stock and barrel, no stamp needed as long as it is first assembled as a handgun and never has a stock and sub-16" barrel at the same time.

    LOL I almost want one
    I have 2 XP 100's
    #1 is a 221 Fireball with a new 223 barrel
    #2 is a 7 BR

I may sell the 7 BR one of these days
As I have not shot IHMSA in a number of years

But if Ohio would allow handgun hunting for deer with a bottle neck round
The Nosler pistol in 7-08 or 308 would be a nice choice .... maybe Flat OD Green or Flat Mud Brown

The most accurate handgun I ever fired was a 7mm BR XP-100. Unbelievably accurate. If you need to hunt postage stamps, that is the gun to have.

Muzzel break ? my xp is in 7mm IHMSA and IMO recoils like a 44 mag revolver, accuracy is under a inch @200 yards
But im used to the recoil of the 44 mag's & FA 454 Casull's that I also have.

    I think it looks cool.

IDK what I’d do with one, except maybe IHMSA.

Of all the guns out there that are ugly as sin (cough Glock cough) you guys think that thing is ugly? It looks cool as hell. Sure it's not blued steel and wood and doesn't have that classic beauty that most on this site love, but it has a very nice modern look to it.

The only thing ugly is the price.

i think its better looking than a encore, or contender. heck, color can be changed easily enough. i wouldnt pay the asking price for one though.
