    Black Arkansas stone to a leather strop. I finish my straights this way. As already stated, if you don't have your bevel set your wasting your time. Diamond lapping film is another good finish product.

    I found one like that in my grandfathers attic after he passed away. He'd been a barber for more than 40 years.
