Cimmeron "Evil Roy" 1873 45 Colt Peacemaker clone

My question is can this revolver safely shoot (fast enough to stabilize) a Lee 452- 300gr RNFP bullet?
What would be a good powder choice? Looks like I need to keep them in the 14,000 PSI range.
    Titegroup, Red Dot, Unique, 2400?.....
Will 700-750fps stabilize this big bullet?

Here's data from Hodgdon on .45 Colt loads with the 300 Sierra. I'd expect the Lee bullet to give less pressure if loaded to the same OAL.
