Tom at Accurate Molds is Amazing

    Order Date - Oct 8th
    Delivery Date - Oct 11th
... and another beautiful Accurate Mold

I needed a 43-250C mold cut with a diameter of 427 for the JM Marlin Ballard so I didn't have to resize the 430 bullets from the same mold I have. They are... Perfect
and what mold maker has the mold in your mail box in 4 days?
    Regards
    John

    Couldn't agree more.

I had one mould I liked so much I ordered a duplicate. Took only 6 days from order date until it was in my hands. I am slowly replacing the LEE moulds that I use often with Accurate Moulds, just a better quality mould.

Can't agree more ... bought a Lee 5X for the Ideal 454190, 255gr Colt 45 - base diameters all over the place. Tom cut a 5X mold for same bullet - all bases dead nuts on and what a pleasure to open a 5X and all the bullets are perfect

BTW, the 43-250C with a 427 base diameter is the exact "Clone of the Ideal 42798" mold for the 44-40

    Accurate Molds ...HARDLY …
I bought one .. groups were horrible ..
    1st shot top right corner of an 8.5 x 11 paper .
    next one bottom left
    next one middle
    next one top left
There were obvious signs of tumbling
plus the fact I had to walk 25 yds ..pick up the mold... walk back and throw it again

Now when I cast some bullets with the mold it was heaven

Best custom mold maker out there IMHO.

They are tremendous. Anybody using a Lee mold will collapse in shock if they use an Accurate mold. What I like is that you can dial in the diameter you want the mold to cast with YOUR alloy. Tom has scores of different designs available, but if you can't find what you want, he can make it (as long as it is for a .270 or larger caliber.).

Have several molds from Tom all cast great. Run Tom's molds on my automated Master Caster, Toms molds work very well on the automated Master Caster. These molds cast at 800 bullets per hour without any problems. Several of the molds are coustom in design for powder coating without lube groves.

At 25 yards by hand you are a great thrower. Don't think I would hit the piece of paper from that far.
