I think there is one in the group buy discussion.
Due to the price of primers, warning shots will no longer be given!

I have used the NOE mold that was mentioned. It works fine. As wa states, it needs to be kept hot.
For me, it didn't shoot any better than my solid wadcutters so I sold it.

I’ve got the NOE one. Agree with the heat comments. I personally prefer the Cramer style, but this works.

I have one of the NOE molds. Like all hollow base multi cavity molds they need to be kept hot to cast. It also takes a while to season them for casting. They will test your patience as the hollow based multi cavity can be a challenge to cast with. My experience is the same as tazman. Both them and the solids shoot the same if you have them cast and sized the right size. The big advantage to the hollow based is they work well to seal on larger then normal bore cylinders and barrels. Just remember the hollow based is only for low power loads where the solid can be cranked on up.

I have one of the infamous 44-40 Vaquero's with the 44 mag barrel. I had Doug Guy open the throats but the cylinder necks won't accept the loaded rounds (Doug warned me, my fault) as you know the 44-40 brass has very thin necks so no room for neck turning. Before I send the cylinder off again to have the necks opened up I thought I might try the hollow base mould and size the slick side base of the bullet to .429 and leave the grooved portion of the bullet .432+ This for use in lightly charged cases under soft bullets. Healed bullet if you will. If this doesn't work I can have the necks of the cylinder opened and still have a workable mould. Thoughts? Gp Sorry for the hijack DaveC.

    357 Hollow Base Wadcutter Mould

For fans of the HG50 Miha made a hollow base clone a while back. Great results in 38 specials but haven’t tried in 357. He does have some available according to his site.

I had one and sold it. I could never make my home cast HB WC bullets shoot better than a dead soft WC.
