This is a new in package Samson FRB-4.5 Forward Rail Bracket (FAR) or Close Quarters Battle (CQB) kit. This is a 4.5 inch long under hand guard rail attachment. This will fit under carbine or rifle length handguards. Used to attach vertical grips , flashlights , or what ever else you want that attaches to rails. Comes complete with the rail, directions & screws as shown.
