Anyone has any experiences with this mold ? 452-238-HP-AA5 RG4 cavity PB ? It's between this and a 452-228-SWC 4 cavity PB [452-228-SWC-BM1-61]

I personally prefer either a SWC design like the #68 or a round nose, both provide excellent feeding and accuracy.
I too like the #68 , I have the NOE version and it's a gud-un.
The other 45 mold I use is the Ideal 452374 , I cast about 500 or so and then promptly sent it off to Erik to have it Hollowpointed , It shed a few grains but it casts great looking ( and shooting) boolits.
Keep breathing , it's good for ya...
Just out of curiosity, what gun will you be using it in and what is the purpose of the load?
One of those boolits is designed for the 45ACP, the other for the 45LC.
He did my 452484. Back in '82 or so Lyman did a sale on imperfect mold blocks. When the cherry went just barely too far into the blocks the weight would increase beyond advertised so they rejected them inhouse. One of the molds I got was the 452484. With a nice hollerhead it's still heavy enough keep on a'pushing after popping open like a drag chute.
I bought one used and it drops bullets like rain. I use them in .45 Colt. Nice bullet.
I also have a couple of NOE HP molds I can say they are quality molds and the HP does work, but the pins are require polishing and are temperamental.
Erick's HP system is a better design and just works better. Like most things that really work, Erick's custom job costs more. Knowing what I know now, if I wanted a HP mold I would rather put the money in a quality steel mold and have Erick do the HP job than buy a new HP mold.
I have the 250gr LRN NOE mold w HP pins. So about 230gr w HP. Made for the 45 colt, but feed fine in my 1911.
Guess I'm kinda old school and own lighter 45acp hp's. I use a h&g #86 hp and a 200gr fn hp.
I like the velocity of the 200gr bullets in the 5" bbl'd 1911's. Couple that with the 185/200gr bullets tend to do better in short bbl'd firearms chambered in 45acp.
