    NOE expander plug question?

I want to order noe exp plugs to load 9mm with .357 and.358 cast boolits. My question is the first number the diameter or the last number? They have a .355 by .351 and a .356 by .352. Do I want these? They also have .359 by .355 and .360 by .356. Are these the ones I want? I am trying to keep .002 for neck tension.

Noe expander #s are first # is the size of the slight bell at top of cartridge and the 2nd # is what you are sizing most of the case to. As for the .358 boolit you would want the .360X.356 as this will give you the .002 tension you want and you can adjust the die down to give whatever length of the top bell you prefer. Hope I explained this where you can understand it.

The above size should work good .360/.356. I like having two more the next size down .359/.355 .358/354.there cheep and if you get a tight chamber gun the next size down will usally work.

I received my first NOE plugs yesterday. I also ordered two to complete my 457/458/459 -needs.

Absolutely beautiful work,I will order more for other calibers for sure. I also shoot 358 coated in 9mm, I'm doing good with a 356 expander...but a 357 might work, too. You can never have too many expanders.
