    Sig Sauer Romeo 5 reddot

I ordered a Romeo 5 from PSA....they were 119 shipped. I just thought I would let everyone know that they are a really nice optic for the money. The dot is very nice with very little edge blur....if any. It also tracks nice and true.

I have it mounted on a .22 so I cannot say how it is going to hold up to recoil, but my first impression is looking good. The housing is made of high grade aluminum, and the anodizing is top notch. The glass looks really good....input glass is coated. Overall, I am very impressed. I don't think you will find a better reddot for the money.

One other note...there is a claimed 40,000 hour battery life. You can shut the unit off and turn it on, but if you forget, it will turn off after 20 minutes. It comes with a low and high mount with high quality torq screws deep in the housing. Nice indeed.

That is the video that helped me pull the trigger. I think that was a good represenation of a good sight. I should be getting my suppressor stamp any day now. When I do, I will post a pic of my rig i put together. I took a bunch of time finding the gun/and sight combo with a good rail. I think you all will think it is a sexy pistol....and very quiet.

I have used one that a customer has on a 45 acp SBR. REALLY nice red dot. Good price too. He has same one on most all of his long guns of various calibers.
    Should be fine.

ive got two of the aaa versions and they have impressed me for the money. Much cheaper then an aimpoint and better battery life then a comparable priced vortex.
