    What is this

    I bought this in a bunch of shotgun stuff that I purchased. And it looks to me like it might be some sort of gas check maker. They are sharp, and go inside each other like a punch. Any ideas?

    they are wad punches, depending on size they are either for shot shell reloading or black powder pistol wads.
