I have struggled with the case feeder on and off for over a year now. Last week I gave up and just removed the rod that rotates and drops the brass into the loading station. I taped a tongue depressor onto it and just rotated it by hand. It was slow, but it dropped the brass every time..... Then it hit me.
I took some paint stirrers and used hot glue to make a lever arm. I made several holes at the end of the arm as I was not sure how much "Throw" I would need. I then took some paracord and strung it through the hole in the lever arm. Attached a pully to the shelf near by, strung the cord through it, and tied that to the press handle.
I left enough slack in the line so that the brass dropper would not rotate too early.

I did not expect this to work, but it has worked every single time so far. I have loaded over 1,000 pcs this week end.
