    Lyman top punch dimensions?

    All,

    I’d like to turn my own top punch for my new (to me) Lyman 45. I want to make a flat face punch for round nose flat point .452 slugs. I don’t have another one to measure. Could any one give me some hints on how deep to make the punch? I’m assuming make the punch a few thou smaller than the die (.450?).
