Went to the range today. Loaded up some 303 brass with 13 grs vectan ba7.5 with lyman 314299 unsized seated out to touch lands. Shooting a Ross rifle supported off the bench with a lyman rifle rest. Someone left some clay pigeons out at the 200yd berm. Once I got her zeroed in if I didn't hit em I sure moved em around. I did not have any sticky ejections and no high pressure indicators. Groups on paper are very promising. Will try charge ladder next outing to see if there is a sweeter spot.

Good news, I have some Vectan powders on the shelf, but all faster burning pistol stuff. What little I have used seemed quite good, and the price is hard to pass up.

I got 6.6# of the Prima V from Graf and sons for the same as 3# of anything else at cabelas. Should be good for pistol plinking loads from what the reviews online are saying about it.

I have never seen any data for ba-7.5 in rifles but it makes a great 9mm carbine load.
