    New Marlin 1894C Stainless Trapper

It looks like Remington is starting to release the new stainless Trappers in .357 magnum. This one is advertised on Gunbroker.

    https://www.gunbroker.com/item/785355080

This is how the new 1894C's were first introduced also. I think that they will be widely available soon.

Grab-a-Gun says they are "on the way" with a price of $775. I can't wait.

I know there are going to be naysayers out there. I get it.

There were naysayers doubting the arrival of the blued 1894C's. In fact, there still are doubters.

On another forum a gentleman told me they weren't available yet. I had to tell him that I bought one in May and have about 1,500 rounds through it already.

    Keep your eyes peeled.

P.S. Make that 1,500 satisfying rounds through it!

With the exception of the sights, scope rail and the enlarged lever loop, that's pretty much a copy of the limited edition rifles Marlin did for Davidson's near the end of their tenure. Marlin made them in .357, .41, .44 and .45 Colt in a limited edition of 251 in each caliber. I have the whole set, NIB. The limited editions sold out really fast, and I imagine these will sell pretty well, too.

    Hope this helps.

I’m definitely digging that one. Can’t wait to see more pop up and the price to drop a little.

The new Marlin 1894CST's and 1894CSBL's are starting to show up on Gunbroker.

I plan on buying a new 1894CST for Christmas from Grab-a-Gun or KYGUNCO.

    Can't wait!!

UGLY as sin, and at $1575 i'd have to be pinned down and need a weapon to fight my way out before i'd pay that.

Did I miss something? What is $1575? The scope rail is a foot too long on the carbine in the link. The big lever, stainless steel, and laminated stock are playing to the foul weather crowd IMO.
Not pleasing to my eye but I'm not a buyer anyway.

I would buy nothing from Remington after being burned by them with the last one I bought. There customer service is terrible and I can fully understand why they are in the bankruptcy mode.

Different sights no rail and different color stock then I would be interested. I like the bigger loop my hands fit tight in the standard one.

Love everything except the rail, nice looking rifle. Make a nice understudy to my 1895XL.

Am I correct that the big loop facilitates holding the weapon over one's shoulder to use the backscratcher mounted on the top?
