Please refresh and begin your prayer for our brother Charles (Xbeeman412) anew . He messaged me and has lost too much weight , they are placing him in a facility to get his weight back up . He has also had the same trouble since his back operation of late with much pain in his hands . Please pray for Charles ...He has helped many here that needed help . Thank you !

Just a few words to update My condition. Typing is very hard for Me,right hand isnt working real well with the fingers.

Home health and home PT are working to put weight back on Me and strength Me as well. I went from 187 pounds to in the 150s and have a long road to recovery. Just now back to 160 pounds.

We made a hi calorie hi protein drink by using 3 scoops of the protein mix a cup of oatmeal and 5 dates blended with milk and its not bad to drink.
