    I have a couple of 1891 carbines.
    One has the bayonet attachment.
    Both nice numbers matching.
    Problem with then is some idiot ran a .308 reamer through them.
    I shot them with reformed 270 brass.
    Both shot well, but shells came out with two shoulders.

    OK-- I'm dying to know-- what do you do when it comes out with two shoulders? Neck size and leave the shoulders?

    That or rebarrel. Problem is you now must see if a 7.7 jap die will neck size your fired cases because they won't fit in the 7.65 die anymore.......

    That's sort of like the 30-06 brass a friend gave me. They were still primed (fired). He told me he liked really hot loads, but he didn't shoot any more so I could have his brass. I couldn't decap them because the heads were so enlarged they would not fit in the shell holder.
