Since these cavities will be made with a small ball mill (no custom cherry required), we will go with the 000 Buck size. I need your details to add you.

RogerDat (1) 8 cavity aluminum shot mold for #0 without handle, drccac at zoomon with a dot and net. Yes that is dot net not dot com, 48836 DHL shipping

I'm assuming (and hoping) the Lee 6 cavity mold handles will fit. Is that correct or is there some other domestic handle I might already have that will fit these molds?
Also if it turns out not enough interest in #0 and there is enough interest in the #00 then I could switch. I already have a .310 RB mold so it would have to be the 0 or 00 for me.

Man I hope we get the numbers to make this happen! Buckshot and slug are the loads for shotguns that save enough to really be worth doing for the casual shotgun user. And yes this is a bump.
Scrap.... because all the really pithy and emphatic four letter words were taken and we had to describe this source of casting material somehow so we added an "S" to what non casters and wives call what we collect.

Kind of hard to claim to love America while one is hating half the Americans that disagree with you. One nation indivisible requires work.

Don’t mean to pour salt in the wound so to speak but all the 00 I’ve ever had my hands on measured closer to .34” rather than .33” . And as to 000 it closer to .36” not .336” which I assume is a typing error . I’d be intrested in 0000 .38” and 00000 .40” . Already cast those two with a two cavity Lee molds and it’s kinda SLOW .

I'm going to stick to the sizing for the #00 from the chart. After lead has been bounced around in the factory, it's going to be all dented, dimpled, etc. And, therefore somewhat difficult to measure as it came from a mold. By staying with the official USA designation, we will be sticking with the traditional size that it SHOULD BE.

With regard to the #000 shot size, that was a quirk of my attempts to do a fast copy and paste, and has been corrected to the .36" per the chart. Thanks for pointing that out.

Anything above #000 buckshot goes well beyond the scope of this group buy, and would become somewhat of a custom one-up kind of mold. The 38 special and 40 cal sizes are special use. I would suggest that you seek out one of the one-up type custom mold makers to make those for you.

Far easier and more economical to go on Track of the Wolf for Lee 6 cavity .380" and .395" round balls then paying for something one off .

I like to order two molds, one for reload 4 pellets per layer and one for 3 pellets, both with felt wad or wads without the "paddels".
My calculation for the maximum diameter of one pellet is as followed:
    3 per layer: r=[2*sqrt(3)-3]*shell inner diameter = 0.4641 x 0.74 ~ 0.343 I decide 00 Buckshot

    4 per layer: r=[sqrt(2)-1]*shell inner diameter = 0.4142 x 0.74 ~ 0.3065
Based on this the minimum shell inner diameter with 0.31 pallets is 0.7484, I guess this pellets will fit too tight. But I am sure that the 0.31 pellets will not fit in any wad with paddels.

Thats why I would prefer a mold in 0.300

I hope my english is good enough for understanding.

The #1 (.031") buckshot mold is the smallest we are making for this buy.
So, I will add you for the #00 buckshot mold, but you'll have to figure something else out for your .300" needs.
I need your disguised email address, and postal code (for tracking details when this ships) to complete your listing in the orders.
