    cylinder rebluing service?

Well my ruger single six .32 H&R lives on the top shelf of my gun safe along side of one of the tubs of dissicent air dryers. These dryers work and with my golden rod do a great job of protecting my guns, until one of them leaked some of the liquid they hold. It made a heck of a corroded mess of the cylinder of my ruger and one of the rings that holds the scope. I got much of the corrosion and light pitting worked out but would now like to get just the cylinder re-blued. The cold blue I tried looks really bad. Anyone recommend someone I can send it out to?

    Thanks!

Any good gunsmith that does reblueing should be able to handle it.

But,, Bobby Tyler in Texas is excellent!

Fermin “2 dogs” Garza has blueing tanks. I am sure he would do it with his next batch. I have some of his single six sights that he blued, and they look great.

I'm sure 2 dogs would be cheaper than Ruger & Fermin's work is also very good! My mistake for not mentioning him as well!

Ruger might even do it for free, their customer service is second to none!
Got a .22 .30 .32 .357 .38 .40 .41 .44 .45 .480 or .500 S&W cylinder that needs throats honed? 9mm, 10mm/40S&W, 45 ACP pistol barrel that won't "plunk" your handloads? 480 Ruger or 475 Linebaugh cylinder that needs the "step" reamed to 6° 30min chamfer? ID:	226209UPDATE. I checked with Ruger as suggested. They told me where to send it and gave me an estimate of $25 which sounded great to me. I sent it right out and had it back in less than 2 weeks No Charge! Didn't expect that, it certainly wasn't a warranty issue, and it looks great. Can't say enough about Ruger C/S. Thanks to all that responded to my post!
