That, is an Italian Vetterli M1870/87/15. Originally a single shot bolt action chambered for the Italian 10.4x47 BP round, in 1887 the design was altered to include a 4 round Vitali box magazine, then in 1915 it was further converted with a Carcano magazine and barrel liner to 6.5x52 Carcano as a war emergency measure. This one has also been sporterized by the removal of much of the stock forearm.
