I assume you can't crimp at that length, 1.545" is about perfect to crimp in the groove.
id call it a light crimp, but I think .020 further up the grove is possible

That isn't crimped properly in the groove. Try them at 1.545", and the lip of the case will be narrower than the front driving band.
The lee seating die will need to be set up all over again when i go to reload these bullets. Ill seat the bullet taller as you suggest, i can see im not in the sweet spot of the crimp grove. This was just a quick and dirty through the sizer die for both the new starline brass and the keith then i tested my new lee 32 h&R expander die on the 327 case finally i wanted to see if this bullet would fit in my charter arms before i powdercoated the 15# id cast . I could not be happier with the mould thank you again !!!
