    I have made some long shots....too long and shot too hard of a bullet too slow. Both scenarios the deer was able to stop the bullets for my inspection.

    If I remember any others, I will make sure to post them. Haven't recovered any 45-70. Just had to toss that in there!

    I’ve only shot a few GA white tails with cast. All were pass through with no recovery.
