I purchased a used hand primer at a local gun show a couple weeks ago. Noticed when I got it home the primer tray was cracked where it goes into the primer feed. Called RCBS this morning and was on hold for about 10 minutes when the phone operator came back on and says all the customer service reps were busy and she would have a rep call me back( yeah right, I know how that works).
5 minutes later my phone rings and it's Charlie from RCBS getting my info and the part will be put into the mail free of charge. I was up front and willing to pay for this,but was told it was under warranty.
This is why I will continue to purchase RCBS products new and used.
Had to share my experience.
