    30.06 and NOE 311299

Shooting steel from 300 to 600 yards with my Rem 700. Ben's Red, Gator Checks, NOE and all the help I got from here made today possible.

Thanks for posting this. The Pow - tink never gets old.
Paper targets aren't your friends. They won't lie for you and they don't care if your feelings get hurt.

    Nice! What's your load?
I'm not sure where all the money is that I've "saved" by casting and reloading!

    Great job all around!!!

What speed were you running at, assuming you got it chronoed? Any articles here that you found most useful in load development?

He said 1900fps in the video.

No chrono but I am told this load should be moving at 1900 fps.

I started a thread with the goal of hitting our 600 yard target. It took several days at the range to come up with what worked for me but that's part of the fun. There were many more threads that I used to do research. I probably spent as much time researching here than actually shooting. Larry Gibson's filler thread was very helpful along with his comments in other's threads. Another was how to make Ben's Red thread. There were so many more there is no way I can remember them all.
