Found - Vintage Phelps lube sizer looks like a Star machine

I found my dad’s old Phelps lube sizer and I need to know if it will accept star dies and if I can obtain a users manual anywhere for it. Any help would be appreciated - I’m a new caster and would love to use my father’s equipment. I also would appreciate any info on how to change Dies, top punch etc...

From my understanding, the Phelps was a cheaper Star clone and the dies will work perfectly. I think the parts could be hit and miss as far as interchangeable, as the quality wasn't the same as the Star, but the operation should be the same, so here is the Star manual.

    Good luck and happy lubing!!

If it has a die with it, measure the die outside diameter with a caliper and take a photo. Then one of us can compare to a Star die.
