458 Win mag dies and brass--45 cal rifle molds

Is the brass new or fired?

The brass is fired. I bought it new and fired all of it once with 20 grains of unique. About 25 got fired twice with the same load. I never fired any of it with full power loads.
I tumbled it with ground walnut hulls.
