    WTB .38-55 boolit mold

    I'm looking for a good mold, preferably at least 2 cavity. Something along the lines of the 375296 or the 375449 that will cast boolits of at least 0.382. I plan to size to 0.381 or 0.380 depending on which the rifle prefers. I'd prefer a gas check design that will feed in a model 1894. Casting with clip on wheel weights with maybe a little tin added. May also cast some #2 alloy. Mainly interested in an aluminum or iron mold but might consider a brass mold. I haven't cast any boolits in several years, so please don't sell me a problem mold, I'd just like to get to casting and get this new rifle up and running. Thanks!

    I'd look a Accurate molds website and ask Tom which one to buy

    I use an Accurate 38-250D that drops at .381 in both my 336CB lever gun and my high wall. Tom makes some fine molds and I highly recommend them.
    Make no mistake -- They will remember how easily you surrendered your rights.
