I've got a bunch of extra hard-cast boolits of various calibers but none that I need for any of my guns. I'm guessing Lyman #2 or thereabouts. If I wanted to melt them down and recast for something closer to 20:1 for my BPCR, any suggestions on how much pure lead I'd need to mix in?

Most commercial bullets that are advertised as hard cast are typically 92-6-2. Which is 6% antimony. Lyman #2 is 5% antimony. If you are wanting something like 20:1 for BPCR, I would think that even getting the percentage down to 2% antimony would be undesirable for BPCR. Maybe save the hard cast alloy for something else.
