For those of you that use Ed's Red, it's a good penetrating oil as it. All I use around the bench./beagle

Have a friend that I grew up with. He is a retired A&P mechanic in Alaska. Charlie would break your hand if he saw you reaching for an easy out. As someone probably near your age I would talk to a mechanic or machinist tat you trust and see if they could fix your problem. They are very handy and have lots of fun toys to play with and can fix things. Good luck

Ed's Red is a great formula. I use it as a lubricant and protectorate for all my handguns. When they come out of the ultrasonic cleaner they no longer have any lubrication. A dip in Ed's Red, the let them dry and a wipe down and they are ready to go or store. But to remove a rusted bolt nothing I have found beats Kroil Oil because in addition to being the best penetrating oil it actually dissolves rust.
