    Just me but I would take a Dragoon over a Walker any day. Even Sam Colt,s favorite was the Dragoon over any other pistol he made.

    At the price it is a good deal. The retailers make no bones about adding 30-50% on products. As long as buyers will pay them they will continue to sell them.

    The dropping loading lever is an easy fix. Tie it up with a piece of leather. That was the Texas Dragoons simple fix. Still works today.
