Powder coating

I have around 5000 bullets cast as of now and was wondering if I can powder coat them and store for long term.I have been hearing varying opinions.Your advice would be helpful.

Yes you can. Size after coating and pack them away.

I have 10's of thousands of them PCed and stored in boxes for future use. Some are sized and some are not.

PC does NOT go bad!!!!!!! Only thing I and several others have discovered it TiteGroup powder will slightly melt and adhere to the back end of a coated boolit. Not big whoop. If that really bothers you, store your boolits nose UP.

But PC is darned near permanent, unlike old grease that melts off and dries out.

Go ahead and PC, size, (or NOT) and store them. Your grandchildren will be able to use them!

I agree. Storage is now simple. no more grease to worry about , no more fuzzy corroded bullets.. They will look and be the same 2, 4 5 10 years from now

Think about it like this How old is your 4 wheeler or motorcycle ? almost all those frames and racks are powdercoated.. as is your stove and fridge (unless yours is stainless steel)
