    I already ordered an oversized cylinder stop and match range rod from brownells. When it gets here next week I will begin the careful fitting process. I really want this thing to shoot to it’s full potential.

    Yes though as you said the hand was obviously over sized, I thing the cylinder stop was just old and worn, doesn’t look filed on just old.
