    Powder coating getting better.

I'm getting better every time. I found a container that works great. My wife was getting the Frozen Smoothies that ya just add juice to and shake from the grocery store. I had a stack of them for nuts, bolts, brass or whatever. They fit right in my tumbler so I gave them a try using black airsoft BBs and Smokes powder. Tumbled 3mins but the coating was kinda thick. Today I just tried shaking them by hand for 1 min. Worked great.

Looking good I also found that with longer containers, you hold the horizontally and swirl them you have more boolits touching the plastic.

I usually get away with swirling for 15 - 20 seconds. I never had the need to shake the bowl, that usually leads to cracked bowls.

No noe should need to tumble boolits in PC containers to get a coating. Shaking up & down for 20-30 seconds should be all that is needed. Putting them in a vibrator or tumbler just wastes time, wears out the container and sluffs off Pb to darken the PC coating.

Glad you are making progress. I have been doing it for going on 4 years now with both ASBBT and ESPC.

I'm happy they are turning out so well being the humidity here in Virginia Beach is so ridiculous. It was 88 degrees and 98% humidity yesterday. That isn't hot but it's like being in a sauna outside. I have a dehumidifier in my man cave but do my baking in the garage. I'm using a B&D Toast R Oven and it works very well.
