I have the same setup. I'm using 310-410 with a gas check (Milhec's version) and Reloader7. Equals full house loads of RL7 and Hornady 110 grain jacketed accuracy wise.

Congrats on new rifle. I have an early model and love it. Looks like we have the same scope also. Does your rifle feed short bullets? Mine doesnt. IF yours does i will have to get that model. I have to seat the 310-410 out a little and crimp on 2nd driving band to get it to feed from mag. That bullet shoots great in my rifle. I know you will enjoy yours.

Sure is considering how cheap the Ruger mags are. If they aren’t inserted just right you can have feeding issues. Of course I have the original version and now they come out w/ this one. Should have been designed to accept AR mags from the start.

The only thing I am not excited about is the 1/7 twist... but I have a NOE 311299 that I think I can shoot at 1600-1700 FPS and get good accuracy.. I don’t know of any KY white tail that would be able to stand up to that at 100 yards

I have one of the first of these rifles and it is a FAVORITE!!

Its such a great and pleasant shooter. One addition I made that I like allot is a KAW Valley linear Compensator. This is nto a noice maker like most... It actually re directs the sound away form the shooter making shooting MORE pleasant!

I dont know how to post pics. Go to MP molds and you can see a pic. GT bullets is where I ordered mine from. I bought mine sized .311 so I can resize smaller if I need to, so far that hasnt been necessary though.

    Yeah, I can tell!

A friend of mine will likely get the .300blk version when they arrive in Australia.

My 450 bm american is a beast. It will shoot 1.1" groups at a 100 yards using lee 300gr fn with 35.5gr of h110. I loaded it all the way up to 40gr. No pressure signs but the stock will flex above 37gr causing the magazine to drop out when firing. Accurate rifle

No pressure signs except on your shoulder.

I had the older style and it had major mag issues. I like yours and hope it gives you good luck.

A with good Muzzle brake the 450 BM is a easy shooting and I agree it is a good rifle. I have one in the Ruger Scout as well. I actually ordered a new Magpul stock but who knows when they will get them made I like allot about these rifles but the color of the stock. I had a 5.56 gave that to grandson he loves shooting it.
