Multi Hull - Supplied by BPI

    Anyone using these hulls?
I see BPI sells RIO and Cheddite, what is a Multi Hull?

I was given a bag of the primed hulls. I'm not seeing any data on these hulls, wads or powder. I guess I need to purchase load data from BPI?

    Any info would be great.

    Thanks
    Scott

You can easily judge the character of others by how they treat those who they think can do nothing for them.

Upon further investigation these hulls appear to be Fiocchi -
    HS is:
    A"star"@12 o'clock
    #"12"@3 o'clock
    A "star"@6 o'clock
    #"12"@9 o'clock

You can email BPI and know what kind of primers they are anyway.

Currently: Cheddite - For example check the BP product number in the two following:

    https://www.midwayusa.com/product/10...een-bag-of-100

For some reason Midway still lists these under the old Multi-Hull moniker.

    https://www.ballisticproducts.com/Ch...tinfo/1391276/

However back around 2006 some Multi-Hulls were made by Martignoni and others were Cheddite.

Stars = Cheddite, I've had good luck with them in 16 GA.

Hull is CLEAR and Skived, it has approx 15-16 MM high brass.

    Head Stamp matches these.

I'll look at the back closer to see if I can find a product number, I'll email BPI and see what they have to say.

These are Fiocchi hulls. I found part of the original bag in side the bag the hulls were in. It says to use Fiocchi load data.

I have a couple thousand of those new primed hulls. They are Fio's (not Rio's). I use the same data as Cheddite.

BT, No issues so far swapping using the Cheddite data in the Fiocchi hulls?

I never load max anyways but it would be nice to have a few more choices.
