    Alas, for me there is no one answer for just one caliber.
    Although I do favor the medium and larger calibers the 224 cast boolits are good for canceling the future of garden varmints.

    I can't pick one and I won't try.

    mmmmmmmmm......although i luv my krag and my 35/30, i pick the .429 - .432" boolits. i have a 444 marlin and a 44 mag/spl that likes a 180 - 300gr boolit(350 - 455gr boolit is on my list).

    a 45-70 is good fer some, but i luv my 444.
